Create contacts, correct names and email addresses, build and edit draft invoices, approve and send them, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Control for each organisation
All supported Actions are enabled together for each organisation. Only its owner can enable or use them. Draft invoice creation happens directly once the required details and permission are present. You confirm each of the other six Actions, and can turn Actions off for that organisation. Actions has no extra VODER charge.

No surprises with your data
- Confirmation for six Actions
VODER stays read-only. VODER Actions creates a requested draft invoice directly; each of the other six Actions shows the exact proposed effect and waits for your confirmation, including the recipient before sending or chasing an invoice.
- Limited records, not copies of your books
VODER fetches accounting information when needed. For the six confirmed Actions, it keeps limited records of completed or attempted changes to prevent duplicates. Draft invoice creation has no duplicate protection. Our data-handling policy explains what we retain.
