I have a question or something looks wrong
Email support@voder.ai. We reply best-effort within two business days. To help us answer quickly, please include:
- What you asked your AI tool, without personal or financial details;
- What went wrong, described in your own words;
- What you expected to see.
Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, connection tokens, customer names, account numbers, financial figures, or screenshots containing them. We will tell you if we need more information and how to share it safely.
I’m worried about how VODER handles my data
Email privacy@voder.ai. We reply best-effort within two business days. The short answers are in our Privacy Policy and How we handle your data. If those do not answer your question, write in and we will follow up.

Common questions
Which app should I use?
Use VODER for questions and reports. Use VODER Actions to create or update contacts, prepare invoices, approve and send them, or follow up on overdue invoices. Draft invoice creation happens directly once the required details and permission are present. Each of the other six Actions needs your confirmation.
VODER Actions currently supports Xero only, with no extra VODER charge. VODER remains read-only for FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online.
Can I turn VODER Actions off?
Yes. An organisation owner can switch VODER Actions on or off separately for each organisation. Turning VODER Actions off does not change records already saved in Xero. VODER reads your accounting information without adding, editing or deleting records.
What can VODER read from my accounting service?
Coverage differs across Xero, FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online. VODER reads supported accounting information and does not add, edit or delete records. See how VODER handles your data and the current FreshBooks coverage.
How do I disconnect VODER?
- Xero: open Settings, choose Connected apps, find VODER and select Disconnect.
- FreshBooks: open Apps, find VODER under Connected Apps and select Disconnect.
- QuickBooks Online: disconnect VODER from your VODER account or in Intuit’s connected-app settings.
After disconnection, VODER can no longer read that organisation’s accounting data.
How much does VODER cost?
Each connected Xero organisation has its own monthly subscription. FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online currently include free VODER beta access; their own charges still apply. See VODER pricing in your region for estimated prices. Before you subscribe, you’ll see the final price, tax and first charge date. A 7-day free trial applies to eligible organisations*.
You can cancel any time. One VODER free trial per organisation.
When will I be charged?
An organisation owner chooses whether to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, VODER will not charge you. When you subscribe, VODER shows your first billing date before you confirm. If a trial applies, the first seven days are free.
What happens after local access, a trial or a paid period ends?
For Xero, when paid access opens, an owner can subscribe for continued access. Without a current subscription, VODER stops answering questions from that organisation’s Xero data. VODER then removes its app connection from Xero after Xero confirms the connection is gone. It does not change or delete your accounting records in Xero.
VODER keeps the account, organisation, sharing, invitation and feedback records. Ending access is separate from deleting an account. This lifecycle starts only after VODER sends the relevant notice and makes checkout available. Reconnecting later depends on available Xero connection capacity. FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online follow their published beta terms while those betas remain available.
How do I cancel a subscription?
When subscriptions are available, an organisation owner can cancel before the next billing date. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access continues until the end of the current trial, transition or paid period. Email support@voder.ai if you need help.
Is the demo using my real data?
No. The demo signs you in to a shared, fake-data Xero Demo Company. Your own Xero is never connected until you choose to connect it. Every screen in the demo is marked as demo data.
How do I delete my VODER account?
Sign in to the VODER dashboard and choose Delete account, or email privacy@voder.ai for help. VODER will close the account, delete the data that can be deleted, and attempt to remove its Xero, FreshBooks or QuickBooks Online connection.
We may keep limited billing or legal records as described in the Privacy Policy. You can also remove VODER in the connected-app settings provided by Xero, FreshBooks or Intuit.
If you cannot find what you need above, email support@voder.ai and we will help.
