VODER now connects QuickBooks Online to ChatGPT and Claude. VODER reads supported accounting information and does not add, edit or delete QuickBooks records.
What you can ask
Ask VODER about:
- customer and supplier contacts;
- customer invoices and supplier bills;
- customer and supplier payments;
- quote search and exact quote retrieval;
- aged receivables and payables;
- monthly, quarterly and annual profit and loss, revenue and expenses;
- trial balance, accounts and credit notes;
- organisation details and an executive overview; and
- the tax position available from QuickBooks Online.

So there are no invoices Voder can definitively label “unpaid”. Invoice 1038 is the only outstanding invoice, with payment confirmation unavailable.
More QuickBooks Online support
We’ll add more QuickBooks Online support progressively. If VODER cannot answer from the information it currently supports, it will say so.
Combined customer and project totals, purchase orders, repeating templates and bank-reconciliation status are not currently available.
Free VODER beta
VODER is currently in beta and free for connected QuickBooks Online organisations. QuickBooks Online itself is not in beta, and its usual pricing still applies.
If the free period ends, VODER will give you seven days’ notice. There is no charge unless you choose to subscribe.
